2. Booking and Payment Policy

1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once the deposit or full payment is received and an acknowledgment is sent by Lost Soul Camps.
2. Payment: Full payment is required before the trek departure date. We accept major payment methods specified at the time of booking.
3. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required for specific treks or packages to secure your booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund: For cancellation policies, please refer to section 4 below.

3. Pricing and Inclusions

1. Pricing: Prices are based on the inclusions mentioned in each trek or package. Prices are subject to change based on factors like peak seasons, group size, or currency fluctuations.
2. Inclusions: Standard inclusions for our treks are guides, permits, accommodation, and specified meals. Transportation and other inclusions or exclusions will be specified in your package details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation by Client:
   • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trek start date: 75% refund of the total payment.
   • Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the start date: 50% refund of the total payment.
   • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the trek start date: No refund.
2. Cancellation by Lost Soul Camps:
   • If we cancel the trek due to weather, safety, or any unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund, excluding any third-party expenses.

5. Changes to Booking

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather, local conditions, or safety concerns. In case of significant changes, we will notify clients in advance. No refunds are provided for minor adjustments to itineraries.

6. Health, Safety, and Fitness Requirements

1. Fitness Requirements: Trekkers are required to be physically fit and in good health to participate in the trek. If you have any medical conditions, inform us before booking.
2. Health Declaration: Participants may be required to complete a health declaration or provide a fitness certificate.
3. Responsibility for Personal Safety: Trekkers are responsible for their safety and must follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Lost Soul Camps is not responsible for accidents or injuries due to disregard of safety instructions or guidelines.

7. Personal Conduct

We expect all participants to respect local customs, wildlife, and fellow trekkers. Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trek without a refund.

8. Liability Waiver

1. Risk Acknowledgment: Trekking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to altitude sickness, injuries, or extreme weather conditions. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Lost Soul Camps cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses.
2. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Lost Soul Camps harmless against any claims arising from your actions during the trek.

9. Insurance

We strongly recommend that all trekkers purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance that covers high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.

10. Equipment and Responsibility for Belongings

Lost Soul Camps provides essential camping gear. Trekkers are responsible for personal items and equipment not supplied by us. Lost Soul Camps is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the trek.

11. Use of Media

By participating in our treks, you consent to the use of photos, videos, and other media featuring you that may be captured during the trip for Lost Soul Camps’ promotional and marketing purposes, unless you inform us otherwise in writing before the trek begins.

12. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Personal data provided to us during booking is used solely for the purpose of organizing the trek. We do not share or sell your information to third parties unless required for the booking process or by law.

13. Governing Law
