All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified during checkout.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other methods listed on the website.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our refund policy for cancellations of bookings made with Lost Soul Camps:

Within 1 Week of Booking (First 7 Days):

If you cancel within 7 days of making your booking, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

After 1 Week of Booking

If you cancel after 7 days you are eligible for a 50% refund.

After Week of Booking:

If you cancel after Week from the date of booking, no refund will be provided.

Note: The refund timeline is based on the date the booking was made, not the trip or event date.

Participant Responsibility

By participating in a Lost Soul Camps experience, you agree to:

Follow all instructions given by guides and staff

Act responsibly and respect nature and fellow participants

Disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your participation

Acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks, and you accept these risks willingly

Health, Safety, and Insurance

You are responsible for ensuring your physical fitness and well-being prior to participating in our activities.

We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel and health insurance.

Lost Soul Camps is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation unless caused by our gross negligence.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, videos, and other media—is the property of Lost Soul Camps or its content creators and is protected under copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Soul Camps shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of data, income, or profit

Personal injury, illness, or property damage arising from your participation

Dispute Resolution:-

If you encounter any issues or challenges during your trek with Lost Soul Camps, you are required to promptly inform your Trek Leader or directly contact our Operations Team while the trek is ongoing. This enables us to take immediate corrective action and resolve the matter in a timely and effective manner.

Lost Soul Camps will not be held liable for any dissatisfaction or failure to perform any part of the itinerary resulting from circumstances beyond our control, or in cases where we were not informed of the issue in time to take remedial measures.

In the event that a concern cannot be resolved during the course of the trip, any resulting dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and will be governed in accordance with the laws of India.
